Klarna Returns and Refunds Policy

In accordance with Klarna’s returns and refunds policy, we offer the following terms for orders placed using Klarna:

Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Period

Customers have the right to return any item purchased through Klarna within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Used, opened, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns. All eligible returns will be processed in full, without deductions, provided the above conditions are met.

No Store Credit

Refunds will be issued in accordance with Klarna’s policy and cannot be converted into store credit or vouchers.

Custom-Made Items

This returns policy also applies to custom-made or personalized items, which must meet the same eligibility criteria (unused, unopened, and undamaged).

Important Notice

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed through Klarna. For orders placed using other payment methods, our standard Returns and Refunds Policy will apply and may differ.

The customer must notify us of their intention to return the product within the 14-day return period.

The product must be properly protected to prevent damage during transit.

Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and include the original order information. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is the customer’s responsibility (for example: purchasing error, change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrectly provided address, or any reason not attributable to the merchant), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including both the original shipping and return shipping fees.
  • If the return is the merchant’s responsibility (for example: defective product, incorrect item sent, or shipping damage attributable to us), we will cover all original and return shipping costs.
