Klarna Return & Refund Policy

In compliance with Klarna's return and refund policy, we offer the following terms for orders placed through Klarna:

Return & Refund Policy

·        Return Period:
Customers have the right to return any item purchased through Klarna within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and undamaged.

·        Return Conditions:
The returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

·        No Restocking Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees for returns. All eligible returns will be processed in full, without deductions, as long as the above conditions are met.

·        No Store Credit:
Refunds will be issued according to Klarna’s policy and cannot be compensated with store credit or vouchers.

·        Custom-Made Items:
The return policy also applies to custom-made or personalized items, which must meet the same criteria for eligibility (unused, unopened, undamaged).

This policy applies only to orders made through Klarna. For orders placed with other payment methods, our standard return and refund policy will apply, which may differ.
